Refund policy

Every item in our store is printed to order, just for you. That means we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, and that includes ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Email merch@ourdream.ai within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll sort it out with a replacement or a refund. Depending on the issue we may ask you to send the item back, so hold onto it until your claim is resolved.

Sizing

Detailed garment measurements are listed on every product page. If you’re not sure, measure a similar shirt you own and compare. We can’t exchange items where the wrong size was ordered.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply where you live. If those laws entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund, you keep that right in full.
